Finally, after many years of debate we’ll be getting not one but 2 new traffic lights on route 24. The first being at the Royal Avenue intersection and the second in front of the new 7 Eleven. Reportedly, lights will be in place sometime in 2016.

for children and cycling is a pleasure. Our beaches have clean clear water and vibrant marine life. Fishing and boating
are great here.
We are strategically located at the crossroads of the East End with easy access to the north and south forks of the island. And with the recent revitalization of Riverhead with the live theater and new shops and restaurants and the aquarium, it’s the perfect place to be.
Wine country on one fork and Sandy beaches on the other. As residents of Southampton we are entitled to beach permits at a nominal cost. You won’t find better value for your money. Oh and did I mention golf. Pick up a “green key” card and play with residential green’s fees at Indian Island Country Club.
